Carlos is an international executive with 25 years of experience building and managing companies, from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Skilled in business development and growth strategies, he has worked across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

With 25 years in operations and management at Disney Cruise Line, Richard Sandoval Restaurants, Grupo Monalisa, and La Lupita, Alberto has led high-standard culinary projects across Europe and the U.S., ensuring operational excellence.

A graduate of the Mexican Culinary Institute, Javier blends ancestral flavors with avant-garde techniques at La Lupita Taco & Mezcal, creating unique and memorable dining experiences.

From Chicago, Paul has opened over 30 restaurants, collaborating with renowned chefs. He combines operational excellence with passion for food, design, and team culture, always with a hands-on approach.
